no complains at all, i had a such wonderful stay and will be back. the room was brand-new and modern, the hotel was clean. the venue's location was favourable and fantastic, by wooden shanty resturants with a market and a pharmacy within walking distance.

The owner, a friendly German, greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel provided a much-needed escape from the chaos of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated our early schedule and arranged transportation to the airport. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable and the small room had all the necessary amenities including a fridge, safe, and air conditioning. We loved the seating area outside and the view from the terrace facing the river front. The staff were all very friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was ENJOYABLE, allowing us a late checkout without any extra charges. We truly appreciate the gesture and will definitely be returning.

It was new-fashioned, light and with the best pillows. I didn't feel like leaving, had a wonderful experience and will be back.

Comfy bed, large bathroom and a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk in the room. Amazing and absolutely fantastic breakfast - fruit and omelet. Great service from the excellent, kind staff members.

I enjoyed the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were very good and kind. The restaurant was great for lunch or dinner here, I had DISTINGUISHED dishes. The location was marvellous and incredible: chemist's and shops were within walking distance.

This hotel is located right in front of the sea, just across the road from the beach. The rooms are comfortable with a good mattress and air con, and the breakfast served on the terrace with a river view is included. The staff is friendly, and the basic amenities are taken care of with attention to detail.

we had a lovely stay at this trendy boutique hotel. it was reasonably clean, the staff was amicable, plus the service was attentive. the restaurant here was nice for lunch or dinner, we both ordered outstanding dishes. the bedroom was actually comfortable.

It's a relaxing place with very awesome staff and comfy rooms. The hotel has the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is amazing! It's located in an area on Serendipity Beach that truly feels like a peaceful oasis away from all the construction happening in Sihanoukville. The rooms are spacious and the air con is great. The pillows are THE BEST and the terrace is a great spot to relax. The breakfast with river view is included, and it's just across the road from the beach!

All was just perfect.

Friendly Owners and Beautiful Location

During my recent stay at a hotel in Sihanoukville, I was delighted to find that the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was simply stunning, with breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that allowed me to relax and unwind.

The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The hotel offered a good location, being close to the city center and within walking distance of good dining options. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful view of the beach, which was enjoyable to look at.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to a glass door was quite inconvenient.

The two good things about my Xmas holiday experience were the proximity to the beach and the delicious breakfast. The property was located very close to the beach which was great for spending the day sunbathing and swimming. the breakfast that was included in the package was very tasty. the property had a nice pool area where I spent some time relaxing.

There were a few negative aspects that diminished my holiday experience. the property was too isolated from any town or city.

We had a great stay at a hotel by the beach. The room was basic but clean, with a nice view outside. The hosts were amazing, offering helpful advice on local attractions and even sharing drinks with us. The breakfast was the best we had in Cambodia. The location was convenient, with the beach directly across the road and a good restaurant next door. We also took a pleasant walk down the beach to another area with more restaurants.

The bathroom's glass door lacked privacy, which was a minor inconvenience.
